He was predeceased by: his father James E. "Jim" Regan; and his nephew James E. "Jake" Regan IV of Mashpee. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Regan (Lopez); his siblings, James E. "Jamie" Regan Ill of Mashpee, Kimberly Regan of Eldorado Springs, CO and Timothy Regan (Deborah) of Bedford; his nieces and nephews, Katelynn, Sarah, Elizabeth and Timothy Regan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabel and Madelynn Regan; and his close friend Anne of Lexington.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Waltham Boys and Girl's Club or the Waltham Lions Club.
