He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenon Garcia and Nelly Delgado Rivera of Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Garcia (Gonzalez); his daughter Lydia Rivera of Fitchburg; and his grandchildren, Tiara, Jonathan, Kassandra, Josiah, Raul, Alberto, Elizabeth, Julio and Favia Garcia.
