With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clarietta Ebun Maxwell of Waltham, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Buck Maxwell and Annie Ruffels. She is survived by: her husband Chrispin Johnson; her daughters, Zinabu Maxwell of Lowell, MA, Amyntrah Maxwell of Waltham and Rahffety Maxwell of Watertown; her grandchildren, Saikouna Kijera, Manyima Kijera and Amina Y. Maxwell; and her sisters, Louisa Dravie-Dixon, Marion Stanley of The Gambia and Lucy Bittaye of Kansas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco and Sons Memorial Chapels (773 Moody St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Feake Cemetery (203 Prospect St, Waltham, MA 02453).
