She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Gordon and Leona Gordon (LaVallee); her husband Anthony F. Vanaria Jr.; her grandson Thomas J. "Tombo" Vanaria; and her sister Valarie Bruce.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Gilbert (Giovanni Mancuso) of Lawrence, Stephen Vanaria (Patti) of Waltham, Robert Vanaria (Linda) of Waltham, Joseph Vanaria (Deanna) of Waltham, Thomas Vanaria (Cara) of Waltham, Anthony F. Vanaria III of Waltham and James Vanaria (Paloma) of Waltham; and her sister-in-law Nancy Vanaria of Natick. She is also survived by grandchildren, 13 adoring great grandchildren; and her nieces, nephews, cousins.
