He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Harris and Adonia Harris (Koutsoulis); and his siblings, Peter Harris, William Harris, Georgia Harris and Mary Harris.

He is survived by: his son Paul C. Harris; his wife Sandra J. Harris (Thomas); his son James A. Harris (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Jane V. Thomas (late George Thomas).
