With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rizal J. Ahmed (Walpole, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Shirley Bassiri; and his pets, Stella and Hoss. He is survived by: his spouse Dartmouth (Sheila Ahmed); his children, Lindsay, Tyler, Joseph and Ryan; his parents, Mohiuddin Ahmed and Josefina Ahmed of Bellingham; his brother-in-law David Bassiri of New York; and his father-in-law Dr. Rahim Bassiri of Walpole.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander F. Thomas and Sons Funeral Home (45 Common St, Walpole, MA 02081). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (10 Diamond St, Walpole, MA 02081). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the Terrace Hill Cemetery (1818 Washington St, South Walpole, MA 02071).
