He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Humphrey and Eva M. Humphrey (Colby); and his brother Robert Humphrey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Shellmer (Shellmer) of Wrentham; his children, Mark R. Humphrey of Norfolk and Jessica Humphrey of Wrentham; his grandsons, Logan and Lucas Conley; and his sibling Thomas Humphrey (Carol) of Braintree. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
