She was predeceased by: her parents, Robin Smith and Doris Mae Smith (Clark); her husband John Edward "Jack" Piasecki; and her brother-in-law Robert Piasecki (Terry) of Delaware. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Scully (Christopher) of Walpole and John Stephen Piasecki of Walpole; her granddaughters, Ashleigh Scully and Brianna Scully; her siblings, Henry Smith (late Kathleen) of Mashpee and Marjorie MacKenzie (late William) of Flemming Island, Florida.; and her sister-in-law Karen Carriero of Franklin.
