Juarez-Perez of Guatemala, Maria Juarez-Perez of Iowa and Mayra Fleury of Brockton; his grandchildren, Cody, Dylan, Deven, Carlos, Christopher, Kalvin, Xaiver, Richard, Yazmin, Jalyssa, Adriel, Jayden and Lyselia; his great grandchildren, Milena, Christian, Luna, Decklyn and Weston; and his caregiver Gwendolyne Noj of Norwood.
