He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Botaish (Lohan); his children, Emily Willenborg (Anthony) of Yarmouth and Joseph Botaish of Wrentham; his siblings, Michael Botaish (late Rosa) of Franklin and Robyn Moses-Harney (Troy Harney) of Stratham, NH.; his grandchildren, Thomas and Benjamin; and his parents, Ann Botaish (Ferris) and Joseph Botaish. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
