He is survived by: his parents, Vicki Bartz (Moore) and William Bartz; his wife Anna Hall of Franklin, Massachusetts.; his brother Brandon Keener (Bridget) of Red Oak; his grandfather Fred Moore of Annandale, Virginia; his nieces, Braelynn and Brighton Keener; his cousins, Chris and Kevin Moore; and his pet Lukey.
The whirlwind romance got sucked into a roaring halt, queue the pandemic, but their relationship continued with FaceTime's and quarantining together until they realized it was going to be something big.
