He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Bernadette "Bernie" McLaughlin; and his brothers, Francis and Leo Costa. He is survived by: his children, John J. Costa (Leslee), Theresa S. Duffy (Timothy) of Walpole and Maria J. Daniels (Benjamin) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Kristina, John, Joseph, Justin, Timothy, Abigail, Jack, Jessica, Christopher and Jennifer; and his great grandchild LJ.
