He was predeceased by: his spouse Lillis E. Conway (Cullinane); his parents, James Conway and Alena Conway (Finlay); and his stepchild Gene. He is survived by: his son James L. Conway II of South Walpole; and his stepchildren, Dean Roberts, Herbert Roberts and Deborah Hancock. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
