She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lazarz and Mary Lazarz (Gasiorek); and her siblings, George, Joseph Jr., Albert, Florence, May, Jenny and Joanne.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Henry; her daughters, Debra Fernandes (John), Diane Heck (Mark), Donna Schoen (Harold), Darlene Carroll (Leroy) and Doreen Deland (James); her sisters, Celia Zahusky of South Hadley and Dorothy Schlistka (Henry); and her grandchildren, Jeremy, April, Christine, Mark Jr., Nicole, Jacob, Zandra, Joshua and Jamie. She is also survived by six great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
