The memory of Karen A. Lamson of Wakefield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 15, 2024 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Larsen and Doreen Larsen (Vaughan); and her husband William J. "Bill" Lamson. She is survived by: her sons, William J. Lamson II (Alexandra) of Easley, SC and Eric R. Lamson of Wakefield; her brother Kenneth Larsen (Kathy Norton) of Athol; and her granddaughter Corinne Lamson. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Lakeside Cemetery (501 North Ave, Wakefield, MA 01880).
