He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael F. O'Neill and Helena O'Neill (Murphy); his wife Marie A O'Neill (Finocchio); his sons, Joseph J. O'Neil, Jr. (Nelda) of Everett and Michael F. O'Neill (Maureen Ford) of Wells, Maine; his grandchildren, Christopher O'Neill, Samantha Kurpis (Kyle), Lyndsey O'Neill, Victoria Sutkus (Shaun) and Alec Cote; and his great grandchild Emma Silva.
