He is survived by: his children, Sean Coffey of Wakefield, Jillian Coffey of Wakefield and Logan James Crotty; his sisters, Patricia Olds and Karen Coffey; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Coffey, Christian Coffey, Dr. Charles Coffey, Andrew Coffey, Colleen Coffey, Catherine Coffey and Christina Olds.
