He was predeceased by: his father Francis Carroll; and his sister Joanne Mullins. He is survived by: his close friend Jean Mead of Wakefield; his son Jason Chase of Michigan; his cousins, Linda Wesley of Ayer and Mary Kellerman of Billerica; and his brother Robert Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
