We bid farewell to Donald W. Lucey of Wakefield, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 11, 2024 at the age of 64. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald F. Lucey and Irene J. (Walsh); and his father-in-law Kevin J. Fitzgerald. He is survived by : his wife Mary E. Lucey (Fitzgerald); his children, Shelby Lucey (Steven Martinez) of Nashua, NH, Peter Lucey of Wakefield and Kevin Lucey (Veyli Ortiz Solis) of Germantown, MD.; his siblings, Deborah L. Bresnahan (Thomas) of Wakefield, Stephen J. of Marblehead, Lisa M. of Wakefield, Kevin M. of Malden and Joseph T. (Theresa) of Medford; his mother-in-law Joan Fitzgerald (MacKenzie); his siblings-in-law, James Fitzgerald (Nancy), Ellen Watson (Edward), Christine Fitzgerald (Sung) and Park; and his pets, Bella, Oakley and Peanut. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint John's Church - Cambridge (2254 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140).
