She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. West and Dorothy E. West (Moore); and her spouse Thomas Jackson "Jack" Potts III. She is survived by: her brothers, Robert West (Ann) of Stamford, VT and Edward "Joe" West (Denise McConnell) of Florida; and her foster child Shayna Perechodiuk of Lynn, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
