It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Armando Alvarez (Wakefield, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Alvarez (Alberto); and his brother Domingo Alvarez. He is survived by: his children, Juan Alvarez (Mayte) of Lynnfield and Eliana Alvarez of New York; his siblings, Juana Garcia of Revere, Reina Garcia of Tampa and Dora Simo of Revere; and his grandchildren, Elian Alvarez and Sophia Alvarez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
