He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John P., Thelma Goodwin Costello of Lexington, MA, Dr. William and Elizabeth Decker Gray of Putnam, CT. He is survived by: his friends, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Honduras; his parents, Jack Gray and Claire Gray of Oak Bluffs; his sister Monica Holtham (Bill); and his nephews, Liam and Jack.
