We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2021, at the age of 57, Carla Marie Furtaw of Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John Pachico, Jr.; and her brother Bradford. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Ferreira Healy; her husband Steven Furtaw; her children, Bradford (Neffy) and Baylee; and her siblings, Glenn Pachico (Sheila) and Elexis Wildanger.

The celebration of life at the P. A. Club has been postponed until a later date due to Covid.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to The Martha's Vineyard Hospital c/o Carla Furtaw Nursing Education Fund, a scholarship started in her honor, 1 Hospital Road, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.
