She was predeceased by: her husband Alton Ray Penland; her parents, Francis E. Racicot and Rebecca M. Racicot (Gusney); her son Thomas W. Penland; and her siblings, Robert Racicot, Francis Racicot, James Racicot and Isabella Loudermilk.

She is survived by: her children, Debra L. Pincince (Donald) of Fairhaven, Rebecca S. Larson (Mark) of Douglas and Raymond A. Penland of Grass Valley, CA; her siblings, Henry Racicot of Uxbridge and Suzanna Duzer of Florida; her grandchildren, Christopher Pincince of Uxbridge, Alicia Amaral (Andrew) of Lakeville and David Larson of Uxbridge; and her great grandchildren, Vincent and Vanessa Larson.

Memorial donations may be made to your local "Meals on Wheels" organization or the Uxbridge Senior Center.
