He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Waugh and Marjorie Waugh Sr. (Rogers); his children, Samuel A. Waugh III and Sara Waugh; his brother Richard; and his grandson Christopher Snavely.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Yennaco; his sons, Christopher and Peter (Isabelle RogerCarpentier); his grandchildren, Samuel Waugh, Parker Waugh, Brady Waugh and Matthew Snavely; his great grandchildren, Zandra, Sara, Matthew and Jasper; and his brothers, Harvey (Margaret) and Roger (Sandra).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brewitt Funeral Home (14 Pine St, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ Church (43 Pine St, Exeter, NH 03833).
