He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Regan and Irene O'Regan (Norcross). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth J. O'Regan (Victoria) of Wilmington, Patricia A. O'Regan (Thomas Swift) of Milford and Judith M. Giacomuzzi (Carl Stewart) of Milford; and his grandchildren, James, Olivia and John.

Bob was a National Science Foundation Grant recipient in Economics at San Jose State and Clinical Psychology at the University of Denver.
