He was predeceased by: his father Joseph L. Bernard. He is survived by: his mother Claire M. Bernard (Jacques) of Uxbridge; his siblings, Carol A. Chabot (David) of Uxbridge, Dennis A. Bernard of North Grosvenordale, CT and Joanne M. Dion (Michael) of Whitinsville; his nieces and nephews, Christine Chabot, Brad Chabot (Melanie), Angela Bernard, Dennis Bernard Jr. (Amanda), Cole Bernard and Morgan Dion; his great-nephew Kaleb Chabot; and his great-nieces, Mackenzie Bernard and Kadence Chabot. He is also survived by many cousins, one aunt, and one uncle.
