He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robin (Paul Labonte) of Harrisville, RI and Peter Chamberlain (Abbie Jackman-Tallent) of Northbridge; his siblings, Kerri (Ryan Leshinski) of Sutton, Samantha Chamberlain of Sutton, Megan Adamski of Worcester, Katrina Murphy of Douglas and Austin Tallent of Northbridge; his nieces, Haley and Ryhanna; his nephew Ryker; and his grandparents, Richard Chamberlain, Sandra Coyne of Plymouth and Patricia Muller of Chepachet, RI. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
