He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Rena (Bombardier); and his wife Madeleine Renault (Cadorette). He is survived by: his children, Janice Moulton (Ken) of Oxford, Robert Renault (Lisa) of Millville and Ronald Renault of Uxbridge. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, a niece and several friends.
