Ward (Uxbridge, Massachusetts), born in Brookline, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanne Ward (Glavin); his children, Denise Zacchilli (Peter) of Marlboro, Debbie Ward (Robyn) of Medford, Kathleen Whittaker (John) of Uxbridge and John "Jack" Ward (Doreen) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Melissa, Matthew, Daniel and Catherine; his great grandchild Anthony; his sister-in-law Gail Glavin of West Roxbury; and his parents, William and Julia Ward (Hayes). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: Milford Regional Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital or the Uxbridge Senior Center.
