He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Gibbs and Marie Gibbs (Crowne); and his children, John "Johnnie" Gibbs and Donna Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Gibbs (Griffin); his children, Marie Garofano (Thomas), Dennis Gibbs (Janice) and Jacqueline "Jacki" Bouffard (Jon); and his brother D. Clark Gibbs (Nancy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
