It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Czerkowicz of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Czerkowicz (Hayes); his children, John M. Czerkowicz (Julie) of Wakefield, James M. Czerkowicz (Lauren) of Mattapoisett and Sarah E. Poulin (Tyler) of Lincoln, RI; his grandchildren, Jack, Nora, Henry, Thomas and Benjamin Czerkowicz; and his siblings, Michael Czerkowicz (Kim) of Blackstone, Mary O'Connor (Stephen) of Norton and Kathleen Donovan (Michael) of Falmouth.
