He was predeceased by: his brother Richard J. Rodgers Jr.; and his parents, Richard Sr. Rodgers and Joan Ann Rodgers (VanNess). He is survived by: his daughter Mariah Jasmer of Florida; his brother Michael J. Rodgers of Lafayette, CO; and his nieces, Nicole, Elisha and Kelly Ann.
