He is survived by: his parents, Norma Allard of Uxbridge and Ray Allard of Grafton, NH; his siblings, Butch Allard of Milford and Carlene; his brother-in-law Donnie Halsing; his niece Brittany Allard; and his nephews, Brandon, Cody Allard, Jesse and Andrew Halsing. He is also survived by 1 great-niece and 4 great-nephews.
