He is survived by: his parents, Bill Phipps and Denise Intinarelli; his siblings, Payton Phipps, Billy Phipps and CJ Connors; his grandparents, Helga Reckert (late Otto Reckert) and William Phipps (late Alice Phipps); his stepfather Edward Intinarelli; and also, Amy Vakoc and Kaylee Vakoc.
