He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Smith (Thivierge) and Wallace L. Smith of Southborough, MA.. He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Uthoff (Roy) of Webster, Roderic Smith (Wendy) of Uxbridge, Melinda McIntyre of Marlborough and Laurel Stone (Michael) of Northborough. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews.
