He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Chase and Anne E. Ries (O'Donnel); and his brother Robert W. Chase Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Peter W. Chase; his wife Karleen; and his children, Stephen Chase Jr. of Sydney, Scott Chase of Rochdale, Carol Temple of Orange and Deborah Temple of Westborough. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buma Funeral Homes - Uxbridge (101 N Main St, Uxbridge, MA 01569). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Buma Funeral Home (101 N Main St, Uxbridge, MA 01569). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery.
