He is survived by: his wife Lisa Shaw (Salois) of Upton; his parents, Mary Shaw (Reilly) of North Smithfield and Adam H. Shaw of North Smithfield; his sons, Carter and Bryson Shaw of Upton; his brother Tyler Shaw (Kymberly); his grandparents, Meredith Holt Cassick of Bristol, Patrick, Joyce Reilly of North Smithfield and Susan Shaw (Adam Shaw); and his pet Moose.
