He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Carrie A. Shaw (Phelan); his son Joshua Shaw of Northbridge; his stepdaughter Jayna Phelan of Whitinsville; his siblings, Jacqueline Herd (Mark) of Upton and Stephen Shaw (Carrie) of Brentwood, NH; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Maegan Herd of Upton, Kyle and Mikayla Shaw; his siblings-in-law, Leo and Gloria Phelan of Milford; and his pet Seamus. He is also survived by family members and friends.
