He was predeceased by: his father Donald A. Chase; and his brother Richard Chase (Ricky). He is survived by: his mother Penny Downey of Northboro, MA; his brothers, Michael J. Chase of Laconia, NH and Randall C. Chase (Susan Barba); his niece Samantha of Upton; his nephew Alex Chase of Upton; and his stepsisters, Charlene Bates, Beverly Hanson of Florida and Mary Alice Baldelli of South. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
