It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samoy Ong of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Samoy Ong to pay them a last tribute.
Though Samoy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Samoy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her children, Dara Doung, Khannarath Doung, Chantra Doung, Dennis Doung and Rathavy Doung. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Wat Samaki Buddhist Temple (85 Tyngsboro Rd, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at the Wat Khmer Samaki Temple (41 John Ward Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830).
