He was predeceased by: his parent Keith Johansen; and his sibling George Johansen of Townsend. He is survived by: his spouse Debra A. Johansen (Desrosiers); his parent Lois Johansen; his children, Keith Johansen and Kaitlyn (John Checchi) of Nashua, NH; his siblings, Lee Johansen of Treasure Island, FL and Judy Binette of Billerica, MA; his grandchildren, Zachary and Jaxson Checchi; and his sibling May. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as several dear friends.
