He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Marchand and Cecile Marchand (Boudreau); and his wife Loraine Marchand (Briere). He is survived by: his children, Janice Wooley (Darold Wooley) of Lowell and Donald Marchand of Nashua, NH.; his granddaughters, Christine Wooley of Lamoine, Nicole Carter (Michael) of Winterport and Michelle Wooley-Jacques (Matthew) of Lincoln; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Noelle, Natalie, Amelia, Michael, Lillian, Andrew, Owen and Audrey.
Burial to follow in Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery. n lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joseph's name may be made to the Fairhaven Healthcare Center Resident Program, 476 Varnum Ave in Lowell, MA 01854.
