He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norbert Ferreira and Ethel Ferreira (Sousa); his spouse Ruth Gail Ferreira (Ward); his children, Colleen Ferreira of Tyngsboro Ma and David W. Ferreira (Heather Ferreira); his grandchildren, Hadley Gail Ferreira of New Haven and Iain James David Ferreira of New Haven; his cousin Mary Drummond of California; his siblings, Ethel Ryan, Hilda Hartford, Norbert Ferreira, Deolinda Jodoin and Julie Ferreira; and also, Elaine Cocanis, Marie Mac Fadgen and Theresa Collins.
