She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Arial and Hosanna A. Arial (Girard); her husband John M. Lucas; her brothers, William and Willard; and her grandsons, Matthew Towne, Nathan Lucas and Timothy Waryas.
She is survived by: her children, John (Ruth) of Cadyville, NY, Phillip (Emma) of Turners Falls, Marilyn Towne (John) of Waterville, ME and Paul. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Donations in her honor can be made to Franklin County Sheriff's Office Regional Dog Shelter, 10 Sandy Lane, Turners Falls, MA 01376, Interment will be at the discretion of the family as she will be laid to rest alongside John.
