Shirley Matusz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 88, Shirley Matusz of Turners Falls, Massachusetts, born in Montague, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Sopollec and Jane Sopollec (Brunelle); her close friend Stanley A. Zaikowski; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hanley, Albert Sopollec, Loretta Kirk (Savinski) and Stanley H. Sopollec.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Deskavich of South Deerfield; her children, Brian Matusz of Turners Falls, Mark Matusz (Patricia) of Turners Falls, Brenda Ozdarski (Roger) of Turners Falls and Darlene Fahey (Mike) of Easthampton; and her grandchildren, Nathan Matusz, Derek Matusz, Tara Matusz, Megan Vigliarolos, Moriah Fahey, James Fahey and Joshua Matusz. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
