Rita E. Belanger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita E. Belanger of Turners Falls, Massachusetts, born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Omer Bergeron and Irene Bergeron (Boucher); her husband Arthur E. Belanger, Sr.; her grandson Sergeant Gregory Belanger; and her siblings, Richard Bergeron (Mary), Bob Bergeron (Anita) and Bernie Bergeron (Viola).
She is survived by: her children, Edward Belanger of Greenfield, Lorraine Almond (Paul-David) of Colorado Springs, Arthur Belanger, Jr. (Andrea) of Colrain, Eileen Tucker (Anthony) of Turners Falls and Kathy Belanger of Deerfield; and her grandchildren, Allison, John, Mark, Jeff, Erica, Alaina, Cameron and Rachel. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Peace Church, 90 Seventh Street, Turners Falls (write Farren Memorial Fund in memo).
