He is survived by: his wife Dotty Collins of Turners Falls; and his children, Donna Reppucci (George) of Tyngsboro, MA, John Collins, III of New York, NY, Beverly Dunlap (Rockland) of Kodak, TN, Karen Mattei (Bob) of Davenport, FL, Brenda Collins of Montague and Lewis Collins of Turners Falls. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nephews.
