He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. St and Stella St (Knapp); and his significant other Evelyn St (Kosuda). He is survived by: his children, Francis St. Germain III (Ina), Brian St. Germain (Patrice), Pamela Tierney (Timothy), David St. Germain (Diana), Debbie Caloon (Mark) and Cherrie Smart (John). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.
