She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Serrell and Avila Serrell (White); her children, Dawn Payant of Greenfield and Carl Lapine of Florida; her sister Claudette Zodak of Bernardston; her grandchildren, Crystal Payant of Greenfield and Robert Payant, Jr. of Greenfield; her great grandchild Grayson Wills of Greenfield; and her husband Richard Lapine. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
